the honeymoon's over...

well, now that it all is said and done, the nuptials and trip were a huge success. it rained on our wedding day, which as everyone would tell a bride is "good luck!" - which i will choose to believe at this point. because i'm pretty sure it's not good luck at all, it's a big pain in the ass. but nonetheless, the weather cleared, we said our vows and had one hell of a party if i do say so myself.

then on to europe. the trip was great - paris is freaking amazing, prague is incredible - and i survived my first international escapade. while i did miss my diet coke and the english language, it was a great experience. and i got to watch robin hood:prince of thieves in czech, which was truly moving.

then it was back to the ohio/northern kentucky area for another wedding. as though we haven't had enough. but in all seriousness, it was a great time and another one of my closest friends is now an old married woman. congrats mr and mrs niehaus.

one thing that i have learned through all of this is that st. louis clearly can't survive without me. i take two trips and the whole place goes nuts. chuy's closed and a-b got sold...what is going on around here!?!? i heard a rumor that chuy's is just moving - but cannot confirm. i can only hope...
